Dispatcher​/Customer Service Coordinator

Horizon Services, a dynamic, rapidly-growing HVAC and Plumbing company, is growing again! We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team at our Mt Laurel location.

• Option 1:
  Friday – Tuesday (Friday, Saturday, Tuesday: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm; Monday: 12:30 am – 9 am)
• Option 2:
  Off Tuesday and Sunday (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7 am – 3:30 pm)

• Plan and schedule HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians, reviewing and optimizing routes.
• Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enter all ticket information accurately into the computer system.
• Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered, follow up on part orders, and schedule appointments for part installation.

• Minimum two years of office/customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred).
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all types of customers.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Ability to plan and schedule proactively rather than reactively.
• Ability to think on your feet to provide customers with needed information for specific installation or repair.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn customer service management and scheduling/dispatch software.
