Call Center Associate

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients over the phone.
• Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Gather and document information accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Schedule consultations and direct callers appropriately.
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive experience for every caller.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless client service.

• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller, Personal Banker, Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Server, Customer Service Representative, Front Desk Associate, Receptionist, or Call Center Representative.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with a polished, articulate, and professional phone presence.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls.
• Proven ability to provide white‑glove customer service.

  - Sunday: 4:00PM-12:00AM OR
• Saturday
  - Wednesday: 4:00PM-12:00AM
