The Architectural Project Manager serves as an agency leader, overseeing projects and participating in marketing pursuits and strategic planning. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will aide in business development efforts to support increasing revenues, maximizing profitability and nurture beneficial partnerships.

• Efficiently balance projects, teams, deadlines, and budgets
• Work to build and enhance client relationships
• Oversee the management of internal finances
• Serve as the daily contact for associated project personnel, ensuring the resolution of project-related issues
• Plan, organize and regulate workload assignments as needed
• Provide leadership, mentoring and direct supervision to appropriate project team
• Lead the preparation of documents by the design team for obtaining required local and state permits
• Lead and supervise the development of clear and complete drawings and specifications.

Qualifications:

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution and have fifteen (15) or more years of hands-on experience with design and documentation
• Professional licensure (RA) is required.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, the Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch Up
• a thorough understanding of architectural design, detailing, and building material characteristics.
• in-depth knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
• Ability to collaborate productively with multidisciplinary team members, consultant groups and stakeholders on a variety of concurrent projects
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You have a profound ability to comprehend and flesh out a client’s vision, implementing the factors necessary to achieve project success.
• LEED accreditation a plus, not required
• Experience mentoring, managing, oversight of direct reports
• Excellent communication skills, regularly interacting with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership in a team environment
• Attributes sought; analytical, problem-solving, excellent organizational and technical skills
