$120,000–$140,000.
What You’ll Do- Handle live inbound calls and qualify borrowers.
- Guide clients through mortgage programs, rates, and options.
- Originate loans in your licensed states.
- Collect and review borrower documents.
- Partner with processors and underwriters to close quickly.
- Consistently follow up with customers in a professional manner.
- Active NMLS and MLO state licence(s) required.
- 1+ year of mortgage origination experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
- Remote role with flexible hours.
