Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate End-of-Life Doulas to support patients and families across New Jersey, including locations such as Tinton Falls, Brick, Freehold, Newark, Lakewood, Toms River, East Orange, Hammonton, Galloway, and more.

We value your time and can accommodate various schedules and locations. If you enjoy conversations, companionship, gentle touch, reading, or sharing peaceful moments with patients, we invite you to contribute as a volunteer.

The volunteer experience is rewarding for both you and the patient. A smile or a moment of peace can make a meaningful difference.

• Assist with practical tasks such as light housekeeping, running errands, and meal preparation.

• Respect and honor the wishes and beliefs of those in our care.

• Certification/Training in End-of-Life Doula
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undergo hospice volunteer training and orientation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect boundaries
• Availability for flexible scheduling
