• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines

• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support

• Light housekeeping and laundry related to client care

• Assist with mobility and safe transfers

• Monitor changes in condition and report to the care team

• Follow the client’s care plan with professionalism and compassion

• Active NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license

• 5 years experience in home care, senior care, or live-in care

• Experience with dementia or memory care preferred

• Reliable, patient, and compassionate

• Able to pass background check and meet state requirements
