  Guide and mentor a team of talented analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Champion Client Success:u00A0
  
  Partner closely with client and planning teams, providing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and clear, concise communication to drive campaign optimization and exceed client expectations.

  Streamline processes, implement best practices, and champion data integrity to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the department.

• Analytical Powerhouse:u00A03-5 years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or research, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and understanding client needs.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70k to $140k.
