Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
- Soft phone skills, troubleshooting, service‑desk experience a plus, and understanding of computers and their operating systems.
- Degree (2- or 4‑year) in a technical related field. Recent college graduates considered.
- Experience working in a service desk previously is a plus.
- Looking for a candidate with a technical background who is engaged and ready to learn.
- Recent college graduates are also considered.
