Senior Analyst, Insights & Analytics – Rare Disease, focusing on commercial analytics for U.S. Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED), initially supporting growth hormone deficiency (GHD).
Responsibilities- independently manage analytics work streams from question framing to execution, interpretation, and communication
- develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports
- support launch readiness, in-market performance, and commercial opportunity analyses
- incorporate AI-enabled analytics and automation
- synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights
- build self-service tools and validate AI outputs
- communicate findings to stakeholders and support cross-functional collaborations
- Bachelor's in business, data science, life sciences, or related field
- minimum 2 years' experience in pharma or biopharma commercial analytics, with proven ability to lead analytical work streams
- hands-on experience with claims, specialty pharmacy, prescriber, and sales data
- proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and AI platforms
- strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, MS)
- experience in Rare Disease
