We’re partnering with a growing litigation firm to fill this Associate Attorney role. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong legal research and writing skills, a passion for litigation, and a desire to contribute to impactful, complex cases. The firm handles a diverse caseload including constitutional rights, catastrophic torts, and employment litigation.

• This position requires in‑person work at the Cherry Hill, NJ office for the first six months. After that, a hybrid arrangement may be offered based on performance and firm needs.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft appellate briefs, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Appear and represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate directly with clients to develop legal strategy and provide advice.
• Participate in negotiations and support trial preparation (including second‑chair opportunities).

• JD from an accredited law school (required).
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
• 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Detail‑oriented and committed to high‑quality work product.
• Interest in trial work and handling high‑stakes, cutting‑edge legal issues.
