Malamut Law is a results‑driven plaintiff’s law firm seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney with 10 or more years of experience handling complex personal injury matters. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator who thrives in the courtroom, excels in client advocacy, and has a proven track record of favorable verdicts and settlements. This is an excellent opportunity to lead significant cases in a supportive and respected practice.

• Handle a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Appear in court and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Work directly with clients to ensure high‑quality representation and communication.
• Evaluate case value and negotiate favorable settlements.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation.
• Extensive trial and courtroom experience in NJ Superior Courts.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently manage a high‑value caseload.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Client‑focused with a strong commitment to justice and results.

• $125,000+ base salary (commensurate with experience)
