We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Director, Communications Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll craft communications plans that inspire and deliver results for our clients in the healthcare landscape.

  • Be the Voice of the Consumer: Dive into consumer behavior, leveraging data, research, and intuition to identify audiences that drive business growth.
  • Map the Journey to Success: Develop comprehensive customer decision journeys to inform our planning strategies.
  • Uncover the Big Idea: Analyze cultural trends, competitive landscapes, and brand insights to find resonant ideas across media.

    Collaboration:

     Manage research projects, facilitate brainstorming, and partner with teams and external stakeholders.
    • Qualifications
    • 7+ years in communications planning, media planning, or related fields.
    • Understanding of consumer behavior in media, especially healthcare channels (healthcare experience is a plus).
    • Ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Collaborative attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Innovative mindset with a positive approach.
    • Familiarity with digital and traditional media channels within an omnichannel strategy.
