Location: Cherry Hill Township
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-time / Part-time
Arista Care Health Services is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting. The LPN will lead by example, assess resident care needs, and take appropriate action to provide high‑quality care to all residents.
Responsibilities- Medication supervision and health monitoring.
- Assessment of physical and mental capacity.
- Development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary team and effective communication.
- Current license to practice as an LPN in New Jersey.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification preferred.
- Experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
PT shift: 3:00 p‑11:00 p / 11:00 p‑7:00 a
FT shift: 11:00 p‑7:00 a
