Seasonal Associate (Part-Time) - Cherry Hill Mall

Seasonal, part-time non-exempt position in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role supports achieving store sales and operational goals and focuses on delivering an authentic guest experience both on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas.

The Seasonal Associate works to achieve store sales and operational goals and supports creating an authentic people experience both front and/or back of house.

• Impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligned with store goals and ALO’s guiding principles.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide a friendly greeting and proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and support engagement.
• Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of store goals, company communications, initiatives, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives; educate guests on initiatives on the floor.
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in processing shipments in a timely manner and support replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure front and back-of-house procedures are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain constant movement around the store; when not helping guests, perform other tasks to keep the store clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

• Preferred 1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Strong alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift; requires constant movement around all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds; ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb ladders as needed.

Seasonal, part-time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours. Must be available to work during the company’s blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season.

Seasonal Associate base pay is $17.00/hour in Cherry Hill, NJ. Associates may participate in the Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation. Other rewards may include clothing allowance and employee discount.
