• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and provide knowledgeable information about tools, products, and services available in the store and in fulfillment channels.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed. Be familiar with all fulfillment services and guide guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Demonstrate how to use Wallet and other Target App features.
• Handle returns following store policies and escalate to leaders as needed.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience while following Target’s policies.
• Deliver accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Comply with safety policies, report hazards, and participate in safety practices.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up, and DU Returns with compliance to relevant laws.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) as needed to meet store needs.
• Active engagement by picking up shifts within 5 months or risk administrative termination.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
