Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

Base pay range: $15.49/yr - $17.04/yr

This role is a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You support AEO Brand Standards, merchandising accuracy, and maintain attention to detail. The Stockroom is your base, but you also assist on the Sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

• Maintain brand standards by moving product efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing materials and fixtures stay tidy and productive.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to complete non-stock tasks or assist guests on the Sales floor as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both the Stockroom and on the Sales floor.
