As a retail associate you would be responsible for all customer service activities related to salon appointments, party coordination, and retail sales activity.
Maintain a solid knowledge of all products and services offered by the store. Retail associates will provide outstanding customer service as per company standards, and ensure all assistance is provided quickly and proficiently.
Qualifications- Experience running a register
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Multi-task oriented
- Creative, motivated self-starter
- Ability to interact appropriately with internal and external customers
- 16 years or older
