Junior Business Development – Financial Services (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid | Major U.S. Financial Market
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We’ve partnered with a fast‑growing financial services organization that provides working capital and equipment financing solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses nationwide. They are expanding their business development team and looking to bring on a junior‑level sales professional eager to build a long‑term career in financial services.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who enjoys prospecting, relationship‑building, and qualifying new business opportunities
, and who wants to learn from experienced senior sales leaders.

  • Prospect and engage new small business and dealer partners
  • Qualify opportunities and funnel them to senior business development leaders
  • Educate potential partners on financing and working capital solutions
  • Support onboarding and relationship development with new partners
  • Manage outreach, pipeline activity, and CRM updates
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with credit, underwriting, and funding teams
  • 1+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Financial services, lending, fintech, or SMB sales exposure preferred
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and phone‑based sales
  • Coachable, resilient, and motivated by commission
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Uncapped commission with real earning upside
