As a Trainee Sales Performance & Strategy Associate, you’ll be trained to understand not just how sales happen, but why they work. You’ll learn how to engage with business customers, analyse performance, support strategy decisions, and contribute to campaigns designed to drive consistent growth. This role blends sales execution, customer engagement, and strategic thinking.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members, gaining exposure to performance tracking, client interactions, and campaign optimisation. Over time, you’ll build the confidence and skills needed to take on greater responsibility and progress into senior sales, account management, or leadership roles.
Day‑to‑Day
Responsibilities Include:
- Learning how to engage with business customers and identify growth opportunities
- Supporting the execution of B2B sales and customer engagement campaigns
- Assisting with product demonstrations and service explanations (full training provided)
- Tracking daily activity, performance metrics, and customer insights
- Supporting strategic decisions by sharing feedback from customer interactions
- Managing follow‑ups and maintaining strong business relationships
- Collaborating with team leaders to understand targets, results, and improvement areas
- Contributing to a positive, performance‑driven team environment
