We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Specialists.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers directly in retail locations. You will introduce our clients' services, generate leads, and contribute to meeting performance goals. No prior sales experience is needed as we offer comprehensive paid training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face in retail environments
• Promote services in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
• Generate qualified leads and assist the sales team
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain a clean and professional display or booth space
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development sessions

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• No prior sales experience required — paid training provided
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Full-time position (some weekend availability required)
