Director of Business Development – Home Care

Territory: Camden County, Burlington County & Gloucester County, NJ

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Business Development to join our growing team and drive new business throughout the assigned territory.

This is an ideal opportunity for a road warrior who enjoys building relationships, generating referrals, networking in the community, and developing new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5+ years of outside sales or business development experience
• Experience in one or more of the following is required:
• Private Pay Home Care
• Proven success building referral relationships and generating new business
• Strong prospecting, account qualification, and closing skills
• Comfortable with frequent in-person visits and managing a high-volume sales territory

• Develop new referral sources throughout the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, SNFs, assisted living communities, case managers, and other community partners
• Prospect, qualify, and convert referral accounts into active business
• Conduct frequent in-person visits throughout the territory
• Network within the community and attend events to increase brand awareness
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently generate new referral opportunities

• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
• Professionally persistent and comfortable asking for referrals
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent time management and territory planning abilities
• Aggressive in a professional and strategic way
• Active professional presence on Linked In and other social media platforms is a plus
