As a Security Officer - Unarmed Hospital Patrols in CHERRY HILL, NJ, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security‑related incidents and create a welcoming environment. By remaining visible and conducting routine patrols, you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, contributing to a positive atmosphere for all.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to help maintain order within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the healthcare environment to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with staff and visitors to promote a welcoming and secure atmosphere within the healthcare location.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screening required.
