GS1 is not looking for someone to maintain a few dashboards. It is looking for a hands-on senior engineer to shape how a global standards organisation uses its data and puts AI into production, responsibly.
You’ll join the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics (BIDA) team and work across three areas: modern data engineering on Microsoft Fabric
, business intelligence with Power BI
, and AI-enabled data solutions that connect approved enterprise data to large language models, including Claude AI
.
This role is for you if you want real technical ownership. You would set the engineering standards, advise senior leaders on AI use cases and see your work used across a global network.
About GS1GS1 is the neutral, not-for-profit organisation that develops and maintains the most widely used supply-chain standards in the world, starting with the barcode, which is scanned billions of times every day. Through its Global Office and a worldwide network of Member Organisations, GS1 helps retail, healthcare, logistics and technical industries identify, capture and share reliable data.
