Role Overview
JCC Association of North America is urgently hiring a part‑time Swim Instructor. Ideal candidates have prior swim instruction experience or are an active swimmer. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities- Teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced swim lessons to youth and adults.
- Collaborate with the swim instructor team to deliver a high‑quality program.
- Administer private swim lessons when coordinated by the Program Manager.
- Minimum of 1 year of swim teaching experience or participation as a year‑round swimmer.
- Knowledge of all four swimming strokes.
- Strong enthusiasm for teaching and nurturing learners.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- First‑Aid, AED, or CPR certification preferred but not required.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM (part‑time). - Hourly rate:
Up to $22.00 per hour based on experience. - Annual salary range: $25,000 – $35,000.
