Location: Cherry Hill Township
Job Summary
Aqua Safe Pool Management is hiring seasonal Lifeguards for the 2026 season. This is a full‑time summer position suitable for teens, students, retirees, or anyone seeking meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety of all pool patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.
- Enforce pool rules fairly, monitor water quality, and maintain a clean, enjoyable environment.
- Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues to your supervisor.
- Develop leadership, communication, and lifesaving skills.
- Minimum age 15 at date of hire.
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and attentiveness at all times.
- Current nationally recognized Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications before season start.
- Flexible summer schedules.
- Outdoor work environment.
- Team‑oriented culture.
- Bonus opportunities and advancement potential.
Experienced Lifeguards may be promoted to Pool Manager with higher pay. Promotion is discussed during interview.
Season Dates- Opening Day:
Saturday, May 23, 2026 - Closing Day:
Monday, September 7, 2026
$15.00‑$18.00 per hour (based on experience) plus an end‑of‑season bonus up to $250.00.
