Your Role as a Crew Team Member

As a vital part of our restaurant team, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading the experience - Engage with guests to ensure they're having a great visit

* Serving with a smile - Assist customers with ordering and provide menu suggestions

* Preparing quality food - Cook and present delicious McDonald's menu items

* Maintaining our standards - Help keep the restaurant clean, welcoming, and well-organized
