Shipping​/Invoicing Administrator

We are recruiting for a well‑organised and detail‑focused Shipping Administrator to support our export and shipping operations. This part‑time role involves coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure deliveries are handled efficiently and on time.

• Liaise with customers regarding freight options
• Ensure all shipment information and documentation is complete
• Record shipment details and maintain daily spreadsheets
• Upload proof of export and related documents to the internal system
• Support the team with additional administrative duties as required

• Export shipping experience preferred but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
• Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Good communication skills and team‑oriented

£18,850 per annum (£14.50 per hour, full time salary equivalent to £28,275)

11:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
