Reeson Education are seeking a confident and skilled HLTA to join a supportive SEN school in Chertsey
. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is ready to take on responsibility, deliver interventions, and occasionally lead classes. The school in Chertsey is looking for a proactive HLTA who can work closely with teachers to enhance pupil progress across the curriculum.

As an HLTA
, you will be supporting learning across multiple age groups, delivering structured activities, and providing targeted support. The ideal HLTA will have strong communication skills, the ability to lead learning sessions, and a genuine interest in SEN education.

• Lead small groups and 1:1 interventions as an HLTA
• Cover lessons during teacher absence as an HLTA
• Support planning and assessment alongside teachers
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals
