As a Teaching Assistant
, you will work alongside teachers and therapists to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be confident adapting activities, encouraging independence, and helping shape a calm and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

• Provide 1:1 and group support as a Teaching Assistant
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and behaviour support
• Help pupils develop communication and learning skills
• Support emotional regulation and classroom engagement
• Work closely with staff to promote consistent development
