Pyrcroft Grange Primary and Nursery School are situated in a small, vibrant community and surrounded by beautiful countryside. As proud members of the Bourne Education Trust, we benefit from rich collaboration with both primary and secondary colleagues, which continually strengthens our provision and supports high aspirations for every child.
Our school council has written our mission statement:
Dream, Believe, Work, Achieve. "If you can dream it, you will believe it; if you believe it, you work for it; if you work for it, you will achieve it". This sentiment underpins all we do at Pyrcroft Grange and reflects the ambitious, nurturing culture that permeates the school.

We celebrate individuality, embrace diversity, and create a learning environment where all pupils are known, valued, and supported to thrive. Our staff work collaboratively to remove barriers to learning and to ensure that every child—regardless of background, need, or starting point—has equitable opportunities to succeed.
Digital technology plays a central role in enriching our curriculum and preparing pupils for the next stage of their educational journey.
