Electrical Manager – Operations

• Lead the Electrical Engineering Team for European Industrial Gases
• Provide Technical Authority for electrical systems and equipment
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams for engineering solutions
• Oversee electrical installation projects and promote electrical safety
• Review engineering documentation to maintain engineering standards

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in industrial gases or similar process industries
• Strong technical knowledge of High Voltage (HV), MV, and LV electrical systems
• Experience with motors, generators, switch gear, protection and control systems, transformers, variable speed drives, UPS systems, and hazardous area equipment
• Excellent organization and coordination skills
• Experience in mentoring others

Demonstrates expertise in Electrical Engineering with a focus on High Voltage, Medium Voltage, and Low Voltage systems, while leading teams in the industrial gases sector. Proven ability to oversee electrical installation projects, ensure safety standards, and mentor team members effectively.
