Export Coordinator

Export Coordinator, Chertsey, (office based)

We are looking for an Export Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team, handling export consignments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' export experience who is keen to develop their skills in international logistics and freight forwarding.

• Preparing export customs clearances
• Arranging collections with transport companies
• Booking shipments with airlines
• Printing and processing Air Waybills
• Liaising with overseas agents via email
• Supporting the export team and gradually taking ownership of shipments

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in export/logistics/freight forwarding
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Exchange (email) and Excel
• Organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a team
• Ability to use initiative and think outside the box
