We’re a UK-based med‑tech manufacturer with a global footprint, known for our precision-engineered products that support healthcare professionals around the world. After nearly a decade of growth, we’re entering a new phase of scale and operational maturity.

To support this, we’re looking for a Head of Production who combines hands‑on leadership with operational insight—someone who can bring structure, drive accountability, and inspire a growing team to perform at their best every day.

As Head of Production, you’ll take ownership of our in‑house manufacturing operations—ensuring daily output is met without compromising on quality, and that every team member has the clarity, support, and coaching they need to succeed.

This is a role for a leader who thrives on the floor, understands the technical detail, and knows how to bring the best out of people.

• Lead and manage daily production operations across multiple product lines
• Coach and develop team members to improve consistency, ownership, and quality
• Implement systems and processes that scale with production volume
• Drive a culture of accountability, structure, and high performance
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver key business goals

• Experienced in managing or scaling manufacturing teams
• Confident working hands‑on within high‑precision or quality‑sensitive environments
• Comfortable analysing individual workflows and providing practical coaching
• Detail‑oriented and systems‑minded, but energised by people and team development
• Resilient, proactive, and excited to help shape the next stage of growth
