The service provides nursing, dementia and residential care, and is looking for a strong clinical leader who can work closely with the wider management team to maintain high standards of care, support regulatory compliance and continue developing the servi
ce.
This role would suit an experienced Clinical Lead, Clinical Deputy Manager, Nurse Manager or Senior Nurse who is looking for the opportunity to make a genuine impact, lead clinical improvements and support teams to deliver outstanding resident outco
mes.
The
Role As Clinical Lead, you
- will:
Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight across the ser - vice.
Work closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team to support quality improvem - ents.
Take responsibility for clinical governance, audits and compliance proce - sses.
Oversee medication management processes and ensure best practice is embe - dded.
Monitor clinical standards, care planning and documenta - tion.
Support the implementation of improvement plans and drive positive ch - ange.
Lead, coach and develop nurses and care t - eams.
Promote a culture of openness, accountability and continuous improve - ment.
Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, colleagues and external professio
Candidate Require
ments
To be considered for this role, you must
- have:
RGN qualification with an active NMC - Pin.
Previous experience working within an elderly care nursing environ - ment.
Experience working as a Clinical Lead, Clinical Deputy Manager, Nurse Manager, Senior Nurse or similar senior clinical - role.
Strong understanding of clinical governance, audits and quality assur - ance.
Experience supporting regulatory compliance and CQC requirem - ents.
Confidence managing medication governance and clinical stand - ards.
Experience leading, coaching and developing nursing t - eams.
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational sk - ills.
A proactive, approachable and hands-on leadership s
style.
