You will build strong relationships, generate new business opportunities, conduct property viewings and ensure sales targets are achieved while delivering a professional and customer-focused service. Managing the sale of new homes from enquiry through to completion Conducting viewings and showcasing developments to prospective purchasers Building strong relationships with developers, buyers and business partners Generating new business opportunities and following up sales leads Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to exchange and completion Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in new homes sales or residential estate agency Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Highly organised with strong attention to detail Motivated, proactive and target driven Ability to manage multiple sales and deadlines effectively Good IT skills and experience using property CRM systems Full UK driving licence preferred Is this the role for you?
