Conducting property valuations and market appraisals to win new sales instructions Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and prospective clients Generating new business through prospecting, networking and follow-up activity Providing accurate property valuations based on local market knowledge and current market conditions Negotiating terms of business and securing new instructions Monitoring market activity and following up on valuations to maximise conversion rates What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential estate agency, ideally in a Sales Valuer / Lister role Proven ability to win new instructions and generate business Strong knowledge of the local residential property market Confident valuation, listing and presentation skills Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, commercially aware and target-driven Professional approach with a commitment to high standards of customer service Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Is this the role for you?
