Waste Management / Recycling Gr8 Connect are currently recruiting Temporary Refuse Loaders to work with our waste management client based in Chertsey. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team that keeps the local area clean and tidy. Key Requirements You must have:
Minimum 3 months experience working in waste, recycling or refuse collection Good understanding of on-the-job health & safety Ability to work early starts and in all weather conditions Good level of spoken English to follow instructions Right to work in the UK Main Duties Working as part of a crew on refuse and recycling collection rounds Loading bins, bags and recycling containers onto the refuse vehicle Walking distances throughout the shift, often at a brisk pace Ensuring safe working practices at all times Providing a professional and polite service to the public when required
