Permanent Trevett Services are currently searching for Electrical Shift Engineers on a permanent basis, to work in a Data Centre environment , starting as soon as possible based in Longcross with one of the UK's leading Global commercial real estate services & investment companies. Duties:
Complete PPM, reactive maintenance and keep all built electrical systems running. React to BMS alarms and compete emergency repairs. Installation and modification of site electrical services. Fault finding and rectification of heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues. Operation and trouble shooting of emergency lighting, BMS, AC System, VAV, Split Systems, AHU's, Generators, heating systems and HV Systems (training given). Monitor Fire systems and alert supervisor on changes to status.

Check BMS alarm conditions and respond to HVAC related problems. Requirements:
Former experience in a Building Services Critical environment. City & Guilds qualification Level 3 Electrical/ Maintenance. 18th Edition IEE HV Approved Person would be beneficial (Training is offered to be HVAP). HVAC Experience. BMS Knowledge. Be able to present information clearly back to peers and management. Experienced with working in a critical environment / data center is ideal. Benefits:
