• Prepare and file complex partnership (1065) and S‑Corporation (1120‑S) tax returns accurately and on time.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to locate the right answers for customers and communicate them in plain, everyday language.
• Interact with customers virtually using Intuit’s video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information responsibly, reliably, and safely.
• Promote Intuit’s operating values, including “integrity without compromise,” while interacting with customers and team members.

• Strong business tax preparation experience – 3+ years preparing federal and state business returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for at least 20 clients per season with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney.
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting, strongly preferred.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
• Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of moving books to tax preparation strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing business returns for service‑industry customers strongly preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology – solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills – ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional and friendly manner.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, and determination.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
