We are a well-established construction management company seeking an organized and professional Project Manager Assistant to support our executive team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment. We are looking for someone that will be a long term fit and grow into a management role;
sooner than later.
The PM Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management and executive team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction administration, proficiency with Office 365, and the ability to assist with both operational tasks and marketing initiatives. This position requires discretion, professionalism, and a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team working closely with the CFO.
- Manage calendars, schedule inspections, and coordinate project documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of contracts, bids, and related documents.
- Data entry and light bookkeeping with Quick Books experience is desirable.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) to support operations.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media management and brand communications.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and project documentation.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Familiarity with construction, insurance restoration or project management support strongly preferred.
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing support is an asset.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Salary is $40,000–$45,000 per year.
