Priority Wire and Cable is currently in need of an Administrative Assistant who is a self-starter and can quickly contribute and complement our team in Chesapeake, VA! This position will offer fantastic company paid benefits and the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally!
Duties & ResponsibilitiesSome of your duties may include:
- Must have excellent typing and Microsoft Excel skills
- Vendor account correspondence
- Updating inventory quantities and logistic information using SQL database
- Cost based account payable reviews
- Office clerical duties as assigned
- Processing shipping documents
- Filing government paperwork
- Tracking shipments
- Updating company system
- Processing purchase orders
