INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTSThis position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARYThe Facilities Project Coordinator acts as a liaison between the Supervisor of Construction and project teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) initiatives and major maintenance projects. This position is responsible for strategic planning, coordination, and communication across internal departments and external partners. The coordinator develops and maintains a comprehensive five-year project schedule aligned with approved CIP priorities and funding cycles, driving consistency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Grade 13 Salary Range: $96,268–$156,052 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
