As Vice President of Sales
, you will sit at the center of the company’s growth engine.
You will:
- Define and execute the commercial strategy
- Personally drive high-value new business
- Build and elevate a high-performance sales team
- Partner tightly with operations to deliver real, scalable solutions
- Shape the future of a high-growth logistics platform

- Build and execute a clear, aggressive sales strategy across warehousing, transportation, and end-to-end 3PL solutions
- Identify and penetrate high-potential verticals requiring customized logistics solutions
- Turn complex client challenges into long-term, contracted revenue
- Expand wallet share within existing accounts while relentlessly pursuing new logos
- Develop trusted, senior-level relationships with decision-makers across BCOs, manufacturers, distributors, and freight forwarders
- Lead complex solution-based sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as a true commercial ambassador
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards
- Build a culture that rewards results, ownership, and disciplined execution
- Develop talent, mentor future leaders, and raise the commercial bar across the organization
- Ensure pipeline discipline, CRM accuracy, forecasting, and reporting
- Align sales commitments with operational capacity to protect margin and service quality
- Partner closely with operations and customer service to deliver seamless execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics to stay ahead

- 8+ years of proven success selling 3PL, warehousing, and transportation solutions
- A strong background in outside sales and business development
- A track record of closing complex, customized logistics deals
- Experience calling on manufacturers, BCOs, freight forwarders, and enterprise clients
- Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels
- Deep familiarity with CRM-driven pipeline management and forecasting
- Hunter mindset: you don’t wait for leads
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution bias
- Solution seller who understands operations, not just pricing
- Highly organized, disciplined, and accountable
