A Children's Grade School Gymnastics Instructor takes the reins and is a leader of Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled classes. Available Afternoon & Evenings a must!

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Create a warm, positive, and fun environment for the children each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
• Be ready to roll, climb, jump, and swing. Children learn through watching you! You don’t have to be a top tier gymnast but you do have to be comfortable moving through the gym.
• Comfortable lifting and spotting children up to 12 years old. (We will train you on proper technique!)
• Comfortable demonstrating basic gymnastics skills: handstand, cartwheel, mount and walk on a balance beam, front support and swings on uneven bars.
• Comfortable in a non-competitive and positive environment. Our goal is to help children gain self-confidence and self-esteem through gymnastics.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun and educational environment for the children and families.
• Take pride in our facility—treat it like home. Cleaning and sanitizing is important!
• Available in the evenings during the week and at least one weekend day.

• You love having fun, encouraging kids and giving High‑5s! (A background in child development, physical education, coaching and/or gymnastics helps as well)
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You would be voted most likely to be in a good mood by your classmates.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.
• Moving is more your speed. This is not a desk job!

• Children walk out of our classes more confident each day.
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
• We take our fun pretty seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously. The relationships you’ll build here will last a lifetime.
• You could get paid to fold sweatpants or you could get paid to wear the sweatpants. The choice is yours.
• There is hands‑on training and you will never stop learning! There is room for growth in our The Little Gym franchise. Our directors and even our owner started out as an instructor!
