Foreman, Construction, Program ​/ Project Manager

ABC Construction is seeking a skilled and dependable Foreman to lead our construction projects in Chesapeake, VA. In this role, you’ll oversee project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Lead and supervise construction crews on various job sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to schedule deliveries, inspections, and other project milestones.
• Review project plans and blueprints to understand project requirements and provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, material inventory, and crew attendance records.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry.
• Flexible schedule and availability for weekends and evenings. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
