General Laborer

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. As a family-owned staffing company, we take pride in finding quality employment candidates like you and matching their talents to our clients' needs. In this role, you will perform a wide range of tasks requiring physical labor, such as loading and unloading materials, moving heavy objects, and assisting with general construction and maintenance projects.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, able to follow instructions, and work well in a team environment.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Move and arrange heavy objects manually or with the help of equipment
• Perform general construction and maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment properly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required

• Prior experience in similar labor-intensive roles preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work in different weather conditions

While we don’t always have a temp project available, our needs can change quickly, which is why we’re constantly hiring for these positions. Temp assignments can vary from a day, a week, a few weeks, or a few months, depending on the project.
