Heavy Civil Field Supervisor

Branch Civil is searching for skilled, reliable, and experienced construction field supervisors to add to our team. We are specifically looking for Formen and Superintendent roles skilled in areas of drainage and grading, with prior heavy highway and site development experience. The positions will work on large heavy/highway and site work construction projects.

• Follow all health and safety procedures on the job site.
• Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.
• Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude.

• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Basic computer skills with iPad and MS office experience.
• Civil construction experience preferred.
• DOT experience preferred.
