MD is eagerly awaiting your application for our Customer Service Representative Positions! As a Customer Service Representative at notify

MD, you will provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our clients' customers. Using excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible experience, you'll handle calls for various businesses, ranging from medical offices to apartment complexes to professional services. You'll ensure that all aspects of the message are collected thoroughly and accurately so that our customers can have confidence that their issue will be relayed to our client.

Responsibilities
  • Professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary.
  • Work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs.
  • Provide Tier 1 Tech Support and/or submit or review tickets based on the caller's needs.
  • Ensure all interactions are logged accurately and follow up as needed.
Qualifications
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with common desktop software and peripherals.
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
  • Good attendance.
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting preferred but not required.

Compensation
  • $17.50 per hour
Shifts Offered
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts.
  • Must be available to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday each week).

Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
