** What You’ll Do
*** Handle inbound and outbound service calls with professionalism and urgency
* Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth service experience
* Work closely with service advisors and management to meet department goals
* Maintain accurate records and communication logs##
** What We’re Looking For
*** Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills
* Comfortable on the phone and able to handle a high call volume
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
* Previous BDC or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
* A positive attitude and a team-player mentality
