Rutter Mills LLP, a leading personal injury law firm in Hampton Roads, is seeking a committed and client-focused Case Consultant to join our Front End Department. Full-time Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Location: On-site in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Must be willing to work at our Norfolk, VA location until February 2027

As the face and voice of Rutter Mills, Case Consultants create positive first impressions and guide potential clients through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, great on the phone, and an empathetic, attentive listener.

• Manage incoming and outbound calls with warmth, accuracy, and exceptional client service
• Conduct new client intakes for designated case types, helping ensure a seamless and supportive experience
• Collect, verify, and document client information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records
• Communicate effectively with current and potential clients, referrals, walk-ins, and team members
• Assist with front-end client support and help ensure timely follow-up throughout the intake process
• Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all interactions

• You must consider exceeding client expectations a priority.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate potentially detailed and complex information to others.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner.
• Bilingual a plus!
